By Baltimore Colts
1.1 (NOS) Aaron Rodgers - A perfect choice in a 2QB league. It gives the team a QB who is going to be starting for years to come.
Grade - A
1.2 (Colts) Adrian Peterson - The most reliable fantasy RB. Not taking a QB here might have been a mistake but having ADP makes up for it. The only problem is how long he will keep up his production.
Grade - B+
1.3 (Browns) Arian Foster - Foster had a break out season last year but there was no competition in the backfield. With Ben Tate back from injury Foster may see a carry decrease or he could produce again.
Grade - B
1.4 (Rams) Michael Vick - Vick re-emerged as a starter last year and produced the numbers to produce this. His duel threat makes him high scoring, but there are injury concerns with him.
Grade - B+
1.5 (Cowboys) Tom Brady - Brady is one of the most consistant QB's around and you can count on him to produce good numbers week in week out. The only problem is how long he will play on for however he recently said he wants to play for the next 10 years.
Grade - A
1.6 (GBP) Josh Freeman - A young QB with high upside and a long career. However he is not proven as a top 5 QB yet and with Brees, Manning, Rivers and Ryan still not taken he was a very big risk.
Grade - C
1.7 (Falcons) Philip Rivers - A top 5 QB in a pass happy offence. I expect him to be a top scorer for many years in San Diego. One of the best picks of the round.
Grade - A
1.8 (NYG) Drew Brees - Another top 5 QB going in a pass attack team. He will put up good points as long as New Orleans keep investing in WR's for him to throw to. Another great pick this round.
Grade - A
1.9 (Redskins) Calvin Johnson - The best young WR in the game. He will dominate at this position throughout his career and with Stafford at the helm you can expect solid points when he is fit.
Grade - B
1.10 (Vikings) Jamaal Charles - The explosing young RB shared rushes with Thomas Jones last year but still put up numbers to put him the 3rd RB for points. When Jones leave Kansas expect him to put in consistantly high scores, but how long is the question.
Grade - B+
1.11 (Cardinals) Chris Johnson - Amazing value this late in the first, CJ2k is level with Peterson with his consistancy over a season, if things work out well he could put up 2k yards again.
Grade - A
1.12 (49ers) Peyton Manning - Expect high scores for the rest of his career in Indianapolis. However he will probably be the first of the QB's taken to retire.
Grade - A-
1.13 (Steelers) Matt Ryan - A young QB with his new toy at WR, Julio Jones should put up top 10 QB numbers easily. Look for him to move up and content with the big boys this year.
Grade - A+
1.14 (Bears) Andre Johnson - He might be the current top WR but look for him to drop in rankings after this season. The aging (Not old) WR will drop this season as the Texans look to capitalise on the run game until Foster is stopped.
Grade - B-
1.15 (Eagles) LeSean McCoy - One of the top PPR RB's. The only problem is that Vick is going to steal some of his runs. Look for McCoy to still hit the homerun, and score plenty of recieving points.
Grade - A
1.16 (Lions) Ray Rice - The young RB in Baltimore will be a feature back this season with the release of Willis McGahee. This will allow him to get more Redzone runs and score much more TD's
